HIV Case Management
Kintegra provides medical and dental services and behavioral health counseling to more HIV infected patients than any other primary care provider in Gaston County.
Medication Assistance Program
The Medication Assistance Program (MAP) helps patients without insurance and who financially qualify, gain access to free medicines through the various pharmaceutical manufacturers indigent patient assistance programs. This program is offered at all Kintegra practices.
Pace Programs & Senior TLC
PACE of the Southern Piedmont is a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), Program in Charlotte NC. Senior Total Life Care is a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), Program in Gastonia, NC.
PrEP
All Kintegra Family Medicine and behavioral health services locations offer pre-exposure prophylaxis, and our Medical Case Managers can answer your PrEP questions and more.

Kintegra’s Population Health and Case Management services identify patient populations within Kintegra and focus on enhancing quality, providing resources and improving health outcomes.
