PACE is a Different Kind of Care

PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a comprehensive health care program for seniors who have disabilities or health concerns and wish to remain in their home while receiving all needed medical and supportive services. PACE offers an entire continuum of care from medical services to medications, from nutritious meals to transportation – all personalized to meet your specific needs. This model of health care has been in existence for over 40 years throughout the United States. The program focus is on prevention, wellness, and a commitment to enhance the quality of life of seniors and their families through care and support.

Senior TLC

Senior Total Life Care is a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), Program in Gastonia, Charlotte and Shelby North Carolina. Kintegra partners with CaroMont Health and Lutheran Services Carolinas to bring this much needed service to communities in Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, Mecklenburg and Rutherford Counties
