Kintegra Health has added Community Resource Advocates (CRA) to our Family Medicine practices. The CRA staff (Navigators & Assisters) are dedicated to providing free enrollment assistance, and referral support to all patients, staff and community partners we serve. Through free CRA appointments, individuals/families will be empowered to make informed decisions about their healthcare; and become agents of change concerning access to affordable healthcare and other equitable resources. Please see below for an overview of our services.

The NC Navigator Consortium is a statewide network of federally qualified health insurance navigators. Their goal is to educate North Carolinians about health insurance and find the best options to get more people covered. The project described was supported by Funding Opportunity number CMS-NAV-24-001 from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The contents provided are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily represent the official views of HHS or any of its agencies.
CRA staff members are certified SHIIP (Seniors’ Heath Insurance Information Program) counselors who enroll and counsel Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers about Medicare, Part-D plan options.
