As part of our commitment to providing quality care, Dr. Jarratt and Dr. Banerjee will transition its primary care practice to Kintegra Health effective July 2, 2025. This transition will provide you with access to expanded support and Kintegra’s broad range of comprehensive services. As a valued patient, your ongoing care will be provided by Janet Kelchner, DNP and April Marhle-Henson, AGPCNP-BC.
What’s Changing?
• A new name will appear on our communications: Kintegra Family Medicine – X-Ray Drive.
• We’re switching to a different electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Behavioral Health and other support services will be available.
