HealthNet

HealthNet Gaston (HNG) is dedicated to providing access to affordable healthcare for low-income, uninsured Gaston County residents with chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.

HNG patients receive affordable primary medical care, access to specialty care, medication assistance, lab, diagnostic, and other hospital services, as well as case management, patient education and health coaching activities at no or low cost to the member.

Kintegra works closely with HealthNet Gaston, providing primary care services for their patients, and referring new patients into the program.

HealthNet services are also offered in Catawba and Iredell counties. For more information about services available, contact Kintegra’s Family Medicine Practices in these counties.
