Gaston Complete Health is a collaboration of funding and services provided by Gaston Family Health Services, Monarch, Phoenix Counseling and Partners BHM to which goes beyond the scope of traditional care.

A collaboration and co-location  of Gaston Family Health Services, Phoenix Counseling Center, Monarch and Partners BHM, Gaston Complete Health offers high-quality medical and behavioral health services in one convenient location.  A medical provider, licensed behavioral health provider and support teams work together to provide well-rounded, high quality healthcare.

At Gaston Complete Health,  in addition to receiving core primary and Behavioral Health  counseling care, patients requiring higher level substance abuse and/or behavioral health services have access to specialized care from Phoenix and Monarch, who are located at the same address.  On-site Peer Support Navigators work with patients to ensure that the right resources are available at the right time.

GFHS is honored to be awarded the  2017 ‘Henry Schein Cares’ Bronze Medal in the Oral Health Care Category.    Accepting the award on behalf of GFHS were Dr. William Donigan, Dental Director and Melissa Boughman, Dental Access Coordinator.  See Henry Schein’s Press Release Announcing the award here.
