Kintegra’s Workplace Wellness program partners with employers to create a customized, self‑funded health care solution that supports employee health while optimizing organizational resources. By connecting employees to high‑quality primary care at Kintegra’s family medicine clinics, the program improves access to care, encourages preventive health and helps manage long‑term health costs.
Employees receive services at Kintegra’s conveniently located practices, where care teams deliver comprehensive, coordinated care. For employees without an established primary care provider, Workplace Wellness serves as their medical home—helping ensure consistent, ongoing care.
The program also includes an integrated pharmacy program and wellness screenings to support prevention, early detection and chronic condition management.
Clinical services include primary and acute care, chronic disease management, and routine well check‑ups—keeping employees healthier, more engaged and more productive.
