Gastonia, NC — July 28th, 2025 — Kintegra Health is proud to announce the launch of a transformative Reentry Program funded through the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Quality Improvement Fund – Transitioning Justice-Involved Populations (QIF-TJI) initiative. This program is designed to address the urgent and complex health needs of individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community.
“Our Reentry Program is a vital step toward health equity and community reintegration”, said Kintegra Health CEO, Robert Spencer.
The Reentry Program will provide:
- Comprehensive care coordination for individuals pre- and post-release
- Access to primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment
- Connection to community resources including housing, employment, and transportation
- Data-driven tracking and evaluation to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
Kintegra Health is collaborating with Gaston Correctional Facility, HealthNet Gaston, GEMS and Advance Gaston, to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
