At Kintegra Health, our Community Resource Advocates (CRAs) are a vital part of our Family Medicine practices.
Our services are designed to be culturally responsive and linguistically accessible, helping to eliminate barriers to care. Through structured CRA appointments, individuals and families gain the knowledge they need to make informed decisions regarding their overall wellbeing.
The CRA team consists of certified application counselors, community health workers & navigators and covers seven counties. These trained professionals engage with individuals in their own environments and alternative settings (inhouse, library, place of worship, restaurant, shelter etc.) to provide free impartial enrollment assistance, program education, patient advocacy, and referrals to community support services.
